In Store Purchase:

To set up the wholesale account and purchase Wholsale price with us.
You must present a Original State Sale and Use Tax ID Form alone with your(owner's) driver's license to show us.

First Time Minimum is $100 after discount.
Thereafter Minimum is $25 after discount.

Wholesale discount is 50% off.
All Sales are Final, No Return and Exchange.

Payment Accepted: Cash. Check with driver's license. All returned checks are subject to be charged extra $25 for return check fee.
VISA, MASTERCARD and Discovery credit Cards with driver's license.
NO American Express!

Online/Phone Purchase:

Wholesale: 1) photocopy of your State Sales Tax ID.
2) Photocopy of Business Owner's Driver License
3)NC 590 Form.
